Include your account name, a clear description of the issue and the approximate time it occurred. Never send your password, recovery codes or payment credentials.
Bug reports
Please include the page, action, expected result, actual result and steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots are useful. Report exploits privately and do not use them for personal advantage.
Beta feedback
Feedback about balance, readability, progression and system depth is welcome. Mention your character level and plane when that context affects your experience.
