Privacy Policy

This starter policy explains the information NexuxRPG uses to operate and moderate the beta.

Last updated: July 29, 2026 | Version 2026-07-29-beta-1

1. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address and encrypted password credentials. We also store game data including characters, progression, inventories, transactions, purchases, kingdom and clan activity, settings and achievements.

2. Activity, chat and moderation data

NexuxRPG records gameplay activity needed to operate persistent systems. Chat messages, reports, moderation actions and relevant audit records may be retained to protect players, investigate abuse and enforce the Game Rules. A recent activity timestamp is used to calculate the public online-player count.

3. Sessions and cookies

Essential cookies and session storage are used for login, security, interface state and protection against forged requests. NexuxRPG does not currently describe optional advertising or analytics processors because none are part of this public foundation.

4. How information is used

  • To create accounts and run persistent game systems.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and resolve support requests.
  • To process and verify in-game purchase records where applicable.
  • To improve balance, reliability and the beta experience.
  • To publish aggregated game statistics; private email addresses are not displayed.

5. Security and retention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. Data is retained while needed to operate the account, preserve the game world, meet legal obligations or resolve safety and moderation matters.

6. Beta changes

Data structures and retention needs may change as beta systems evolve. If this policy changes materially, its version will be updated and renewed acceptance may be requested.

7. Access, correction and deletion requests

For help accessing, correcting or requesting deletion of personal information, contact support@nxrpg.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, purchases, disputes or legal obligations.
