1. No cheating
Do not modify the client, forge requests, interfere with timers or use software that gives an advantage unavailable through normal play.
2. No exploit abuse
Do not knowingly abuse duplication, reward, combat, market, travel or permission bugs. Stop using the issue and report serious exploits privately to support.
3. No external automation
Using external AI tools, bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripts, automated browser control or any other external automation to play NexusRPG or perform actions on an account is strictly prohibited. Violations result in a permanent account ban.
NexusRPG's built-in automation, including Auto, Rage and Blood Frenzy, is allowed. This exception does not permit external software to control these features.
4. Respectful communication
Swearing in moderation. Swearing is allowed in moderation. Keep it occasional and do not use it to insult, harass or target other players.
No politics or religion. Political and religious discussions are not allowed in chat. Keep conversations focused on the game and friendly social topics.
Respect other players. Harassment, credible threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, doxxing, repeated spam, impersonation and attempts to evade chat sanctions are prohibited.
Keep chat safe and useful. Do not flood chat, post scams or share another person's private information. Staff will never ask for your password.
/roll wagers. A /roll wager is valid only when both players explicitly agree in Global Chat to the stakes and winning conditions before rolling. Once both players agree, the wager is binding under the game rules. Failing to honour the agreement is treated as scamming. Private messages, silence or agreement from only one player do not make a wager valid.
Report problems instead of escalating. Use Report on a message and Mute or Block in Social → Safety. Staff may remove content or restrict chat access. Use Support to ask for a review of a moderation decision.
5. Trading and scams
Do not deceive players about trades, impersonate staff, manipulate systems through collusion or intentionally abuse market mechanics. Real-money trading of accounts or virtual content is prohibited unless NexusRPG explicitly provides and permits it.
6. Multiple accounts
Do not use multiple accounts to bypass limits, transfer artificial advantages, manipulate rankings or markets, evade punishment, spy on restricted channels or repeatedly claim one-time benefits.
If two or more people play through the same public IP address or household connection, one of them must open a Support ticket immediately after all accounts have been created and list every affected Character Name. Shared-IP players may not refer one another or claim referral rewards between those accounts.
7. Payments and chargebacks
Contact Support before asking a bank, card issuer or payment provider to reverse a payment so a genuine billing problem can be investigated. A false, fraudulent or abusive chargeback against a correctly authorized and delivered purchase is prohibited and results in permanent closure of the account and connected accounts. This does not restrict cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
8. Enforcement
For other rule violations, staff may investigate context and apply warnings, content removal, mutes, restrictions, rollbacks, suspensions or account closure. Severity, intent, prior conduct and impact may affect the sanction. A player-facing chat restriction or account suspension includes a private reference ID; use that reference in a Support ticket to request a review. Rules may be updated as the persistent world evolves.
