Autos: start, stop and refill

How do I start and stop Auto?: Choose an activity and press Auto to repeat it. Normal Auto uses one remaining Auto per completed action. It continues while you are away until you press Stop, run out of Autos or the activity can no longer continue. Stop keeps unused Autos; an already-paid Craft finishes. Auto does not remove normal requirements or Crafting material and Gold costs.
What do remaining and maximum Autos mean?: Remaining Autos are the actions you can still use. Maximum Autos are your refillable capacity. For example, 20 / 100 means 20 actions remain and you can refill up to 100. Using Autos reduces the remaining balance, not your maximum capacity. A larger maximum lets Auto run longer between refills.
How does free Auto Renew work?: Press Renew in the Actions bar. It is free and can be pressed repeatedly. At Commoner rank, each click restores 5% of your maximum Autos, rounded up and limited to the missing amount. With a maximum of 100, that is up to 5 Autos per click. Higher Supporter Ranks refill a larger percentage; Renew shows the exact amount. Starting Auto with an empty balance performs one partial Renew, but running Auto does not refill itself continuously.
How do I increase my maximum Autos?: Earn permanent Auto capacity from Quests, Achievements, World Chests, Dungeon loot and Pet Expeditions. Pet Expedition Auto rewards increase both permanent capacity and the ready balance. Normal-monster victories and successful Gathering each have an extremely rare 1-in-20,000 chance to grant +1 permanent and +1 ready Auto while your base maximum is below 500, before Supporter Rank bonuses. This 500 threshold applies only to these random finds, not your overall Auto maximum. Shop Permanent Auto upgrades and selected bundles also add permanent capacity. Your current Supporter Rank adds a percentage of all that permanent capacity, rounded down to whole Autos: Commoner +0% through Emperor +100%. Emperor turns 1,000 permanent Autos into a 2,000 maximum; earlier Ranks do not stack. Changing Rank alone does not refill remaining Autos. Auto Renew is separate: it only refills your existing capacity and never raises that maximum.

Rage and Blood Frenzy have different Auto costs. Read Battle, PvP and Bosses in the FAQ for these advanced modes.

Create and secure your account

Goal: Finish account creation and reach the game with one permanent character.

Do this in order

1 Create an account with a unique Character Name and verified email, or use Sign in with Apple when offered. Keep your password private.
2 At your first game visit, Choose a path. Pick one Class to receive its Common level 1 hand pair and basic Chest, Gloves, Legs and Feet.
3 This is not permanent. Change Main Hand and Off-hand equipment later to change Class. You do not receive one set for every Class.
4 Read the welcome popup, then follow the highlighted Equip controls in Inventory. Tips sit beside the exact control and tell you what to do. Action lessons advance automatically after the game verifies success; reading-only explanations use Next.
5 New accounts also receive one Common Ironback beginner Pet, already hatched and ready to equip. After your equipment lesson, the guide takes you to Pets and highlights its Equip button. Equip your companion to activate its bonuses and advance. Resuming the guide never grants another Pet.
6 After choosing your path, Skip this step continues to the next lesson without completing its action or granting rewards. Skip all saves your place and closes the introduction; if used during the equipment lesson, it equips available starter pieces into empty slots. Both choices ask for confirmation. Guide → Guided Walkthrough offers Start / Resume guided tour and Restart guided tour; neither grants duplicate starter items or Pets.
7 The final help popup explains where to go next: send /help followed by your question to ask the community, or send /mentor on its own to request a personal Mentor while below Battle Level 300 and without an active or pending Mentor.

Guide chapter

Learn the game screen before acting

Goal: Know where the important information and actions are located.

Do this in order

1 Use the main navigation or mobile Menu to choose a page. The middle is where you play; Map is the separate world exploration page.
2 Character status shows your Class and progression. On a phone use Status; Gear opens equipment, and World Events opens Bosses and Bonuses.
3 The Actions bar shows your current activity and countdown. Chat has its own mobile panel; Notifications shows unread messages.
4 Begin with one task at a time. The guided popup checks completed game actions, saves your place and can be skipped or resumed.

Choose a Class and spend Stat Points

Goal: Understand your build before spending permanent progression points.

Do this in order

1 Your Class appears above Character Level. It is determined by the compatible pair in Main Hand and Off-hand: Warrior uses Blade + Shield, Berserker Blade + Blade, Duelist Blade + Dagger, Mage Wand + Orb, Sorcerer Wand + Wand, Amazon Bow + Quiver, Paladin Shield + Shield and Assassin Dagger + Dagger.
2 Each real Character level-up awards between 1 and 5 Stat Points. Every complete block of five level-ups always awards exactly 15 points, so the long-term average is 3 without relying on luck.
3 Open Character Build and spend points on Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Vitality, Luck, Explorer or Gatherer. When more than 100 points remain unused, the notice under Class links directly here and opens Character Build.
4 Open All Classes inside Character Build before committing points. It lists every Main Hand + Off-hand pairing, primary attributes, exact per-point specialist scaling and permanent PvE/PvP battle style.
5 Inspect Effective Stat Breakdown. Base and active equipment receive both flat attribute bonuses and bounded Class-specific attribute scaling before Core is assembled. Ordinary bonuses share one percentage pool; the Battle Skill training multiplier is applied separately afterwards.
6 Allocated combat attributes strengthen compatible equipment as well as your base stats. Each attribute approaches its Class-specific cap using points ÷ (points + 500); 500 points reaches half that cap. Overlapping attributes share a bounded stat budget. The Classes tabs show every attribute, flat benefit and scaling cap.
7 Might, Precision, Criticality, Fortitude, Haste and Fortune add 0.20% training per Skill Level to their named stats, up to 20%. This separate multiplier keeps training useful beside large Pet or other percentage pools. Haste improves combat Speed, not action cooldowns.
8 Remember that Boss Damage, Elite Damage and other contextual damage bonuses do not directly increase the displayed Power stat.
9 Compare PvE Total with Fair PvP Total. Earned equipment, attributes, Class effects, Pets, Skills, Titles, Rank, Clan, Kingdom, Ascendant and temporary bonuses apply to PvP; only direct purchased Shop stat percentages are removed.
10 Class Mastery has its own Quests tab. From Level 200 after Covenant of Five, its eight Class-specific trials require 200 allocated primary and 100 secondary points, or 150 Strength and 150 Dexterity for Duelist. Already allocated points count. Its distinct bonuses apply in PvE and PvP.

Avoid this mistakeAn incompatible hand pair leaves you as an Adventurer and ignores incompatible hand items. The first full Stat Point reset is free. Existing players who already used it receive one optional free balance reset; no points or equipment are removed automatically. Other resets show their exact Gold cost before confirmation.

Equip and manage your first items

Goal: Improve the character without selling or listing something important by accident.

Do this in order

1 Open Inventory and inspect each item’s slot, required level, rarity, Item Score, Power Roll and actual stat lines. Newly generated items show the complete possible score range for that exact Item Level, rarity and Equipment template.
2 Item Level sets the main stat budget, rarity creates a separate power step, the selected Equipment template strengthens later items, and the 95–100% Power Roll places the exact result inside its displayed range. Item Score remains a quick comparison only: a lower score can still be better when its actual stats fit your build.
3 Open Equipment and select a slot such as Head. Quick Equip lists only your compatible, owned and unlisted items for that exact slot.
4 Choose Equip. Main Hand establishes the weapon family and Off-hand completes a valid Class pair. A Bow requires a Quiver, a Wand supports an Orb or second Wand, and two Bows are never a valid pair.
5 Only Upgrades and Auto Salvage compare the resulting Class-weighted combat stats, including allocated attributes, compatible equipment scaling, Paladin conversion, ordinary bonuses and training. Either a PvE or Fair PvP improvement protects the item; this is build advice, not a promised win. A completed Class keeps hand candidates that preserve its pairing. An Adventurer with an empty hand keeps every compatible option; Tools retain their own Item Score comparison.
6 Use Select All and bulk selling only after reviewing the in-game confirmation, which shows the eligible item count and exact Gold proceeds.

Chapter complete whenAt least one useful drop is equipped and you can see its contribution in the Character stat breakdown.

Avoid this mistakeTrinkets are Boss-drop-only. Locked, equipped or market-listed items are intentionally protected from normal bulk actions.

Complete your first battles

Goal: Win safe early fights and understand a battle result.

Do this in order

1 Open the Dashboard/Battle area while you are on the starting Surface location.
2 Choose one of the 60 monsters on your current Plane from the compact dropdown. Every Plane spans starter through long-term levels, and monsters from another Plane cannot be attacked.
3 The Battle preview shows hit chance per strike, not your chance to win. Your Accuracy opposes the enemy’s Speed, and enemy Accuracy opposes your Speed. Damage, Health, Critical, extra attacks and other effects also decide the fight.
4 Press Attack once: one Battle resolves immediately, followed by a two-second server cooldown. Repeated clicks, Stop and mode switches cannot bypass that cooldown.
5 During combat, the Battling summary shows your target, damage dealt/taken and hits. Victory is green, Defeat red and Draw orange. Manual play returns to target selection after cooldown; Auto keeps its summary until Stop.
6 Read the combat result to review damage, remaining Health, experience, Gold and any item drop from the encounter.
7 Each victory also has a 1-in-10,000 chance to find a timed bonus for you, your current Clan or everyone. The result names its audience and exact effect; all eleven ordinary boost types are eligible, but Divine is never a discovery reward.
8 Repeat against manageable enemies until you have a few levels or useful drops. If you are losing consistently, improve equipment or progression before attacking stronger targets.

Chapter complete whenYou have at least one confirmed victory and can locate the awarded experience, Gold and dropped equipment.

Avoid this mistakeEvery eligible completed Battle, Gathering or Crafting action makes an independent rare World Boss roll. A dry streak does not mean ordinary battles failed.

Start and finish a Quest

Goal: Use contracts for directed progression and receive an automatic reward.

Do this in order

1 Open Quests and follow the 13-step Newcomer Path. Each unlocked step explains what it teaches, gives a practical tip and links to the relevant game area.
2 Use the seven Learning Academy chapters for a deeper explanation of Character progression, Combat and PvP, Professions and Planes, Economy, Community, Kingdoms and account safety.
3 Complete a practical objective, mark a knowledge lesson Reviewed, or Skip it without receiving its reward. You may dismiss the complete Academy and restore it later without changing normal progression.
4 For repeatable contracts, use Get Battle Quest or Get Gathering Quest at the top of the Quest page.
5 Repeatable Gathering Contracts count successful Gathering actions, not resources. Mining, Woodcutting, Hunting and Herbalism all count; a larger yield still gives one normal progress step. The equipped Clan Title keeps its small chance of extra progress. Previously accepted resource contracts keep their original terms until finished or abandoned. Daily, Weekly and profession quantity objectives are unchanged.
6 Each accepted manual contract rolls a server-selected rarity from Common through Divine. Rarer contracts are longer, pay substantially more Gold and can include a visible equipment or accessory reward chance.
7 Read the objective, required amount and displayed reward before accepting the contract.
8 Track the contract you want shown in the left status panel. The tracker displays progress but does not decide the progress value.
9 Perform the matching normal Battle or Gathering activity. Successful eligible actions advance the Quest automatically.
10 When progress reaches the requirement, the Quest auto-completes, grants the reward shown when accepted, announces the actual reward and disappears from the active list.
11 World Journeys are separate multi-chapter routes. The five Plane routes unlock permanent terrain tools; completing all five opens Covenant of Five, and the Covenant opens Class Mastery Journeys at Level 200.
12 If you no longer want an unfinished contract, use Abandon and confirm. An abandoned Quest gives no completion reward.

Chapter complete whenThe tracker clears automatically after completion and the System message states exactly what was awarded.

Avoid this mistakeQuest rarity, objective, Gold, Credit chance and item chance are stored when accepted. Refreshing or repeating a request cannot reroll them, and Trinkets remain Boss-only.

All required locations are reachable on foot without teleport or the Tideglass Breather. The Compass replaces the 1,000 Explorer-point unlock; previously eligible Characters retain permanent access. Explorer still discounts the Gold price, and terrain tools are still required. This Journey is not an extra prerequisite for Covenant of Five.

Explore a Personal or Clan Dungeon

Goal: Use a Dungeon Key safely, explore its moving map and understand combat, Dungeoneering and rewards.

Do this in order

1 Open Dungeon to review Personal Keys and saved progress. Clan Keys are managed from Clan → Dungeons, where permitted Leaders and Officers open or close the shared labyrinth. A confirmation shows the Key scope and rarity before it is created.
2 Dungeon Keys may be found through Battle, Gathering, World Boss participation, Pet Expeditions and the daily midnight lottery. Three unlisted Keys of the same scope and rarity may be merged into one Key of the next rarity. Personal Keys may be traded; Clan Keys stay permanently bound to their Clan.
3 You can be inside only one Dungeon at a time, while keeping one saved Personal Dungeon and one saved Clan Dungeon of every rarity. Personal and Clan Dungeons use the same rarity-based dimensions, increasing one step from 5 × 5 at Common to 14 × 14 at Divine, while Clan rooms contain ten times as many monsters and more Chests. The view follows your position and stays clamped at an outer wall. Your current room and its open neighboring rooms are visible first; explored rooms remain revealed while unknown rooms stay black.
4 Clear every monster in the current room before moving through a passage or opening its Chest. Manual Attack resolves immediately, then has a two-second cooldown for everyone. Count and higher unlock five-second Dungeon Auto Fight, and Marquis may use Rage. Dungeon Auto can ignite Blood Frenzy; its 25–100 two-second actions consume no Autos, and Rage has the stronger 1-in-250 ignition chance.
5 A Grand Chest room contains exactly one powerful Dungeon Boss instead of an ordinary pack. Boss Health persists between attacks. Personal Boss progress belongs to that Dungeon, while every member of a Clan Dungeon attacks the same shared Boss. Defeat it to unseal the Grand Chest.
6 Every defeated Dungeon monster stores XP and Gold based on its displayed Level and rolls a breakthrough for your selected Battle Skill. Personal Dungeon XP is released to the Character at 100% completion; Clan Dungeon XP is released to the Clan. The same victory also rolls passive Dungeoneering automatically, so both the selected Skill and Dungeoneering may rise together.
7 Dungeoneering cannot occupy the active Skill slot. Dungeon victories train it automatically. Its breakthrough chance declines with Level; the final base steps average 4,000 wins at Level 75, 10,000 at Level 90 and 20,000 at Level 99, while all relative bonuses together can make it at most three times faster. It gradually reduces room monster counts, improves Chest reward rolls and can make one action battle two monsters together as a genuinely harder encounter. At Level 100, it also unlocks a separate chance to battle three monsters while keeping the two-monster chance. Winning defeats every engaged monster. Level 50 expands the view to 7 × 7. Level 100 expands it to 10 × 10 and lets you cross any adjoining room boundary, though a red room must still be cleared before leaving.
8 A cleared Chest opens automatically and shows its reward immediately. Personal Regular Chests make one reward roll and can contain Equipment at least as rare as the opened Key. Personal Grand Chests make three reward rolls and are the only source here for Relics, Labyrinth Cloaks, Dungeon Keys and pausable Blood Frenzy. The two visible loot lists show every starting chance, amount or quality range and remaining limit. Gold and each core resource can be found up to the displayed repeat limit; every other reward can be found only once and is crossed out afterward. Higher Key rarity shifts chance away from common rewards and toward rarer ones. It also gives a Pet Egg more rarity rolls and keeps the best result. Gold and core resource amounts use fixed min–max ranges from Key rarity instead of Character or Dungeon Level, and Grand Chest ranges are four times larger. If the first four Personal Grand Chests do not award a Cloak, the fifth replaces one roll with a guaranteed Cloak.
9 The completion bar combines cleared rooms and opened Chests. At 100%, every Stored XP and Gold reward is released automatically and one summary lists the Stored payout plus every Chest reward. Exit saves the exact position, explored map, defeated monsters, opened Chests, Stored XP and Stored Gold so you may return. Opening a new Personal or Clan Dungeon automatically performs this safe Exit first. Close is permanent and requires confirmation; it destroys the unfinished Dungeon and its unreleased Stored rewards.

Chapter complete whenYou can open, explore, exit, resume and fully complete a Dungeon, and you understand immediate Chest rewards versus completion-based Stored rewards.

Avoid this mistakeNever use Close as a temporary exit. Only permitted Clan Leaders or Officers may open or permanently close a Clan Dungeon.

Understand Bosses and rare rewards

Goal: Know the difference between normal enemies, World Bosses and Clan Bosses.

Do this in order

1 World Bosses can spawn from eligible gameplay events through an independent rare roll and are announced in chat with the spawning player.
2 Map Chests appear at random coordinates on any Plane after an independent 1-second to 12-hour delay. Global chat announces the location. Walk or teleport onto that tile to collect the unopened Chest automatically; the first arrival receives it and a private Drops message. Unclaimed Chests stay even when another spawns. Normal Plane, terrain and teleport requirements apply, and higher Chest rarities are progressively rarer.
3 A Boss name in chat or the right Boss panel attacks immediately when you are at its exact Plane and coordinate. Otherwise the game names the required destination without stopping your current activity.
4 World Boss Health is shared. Every successful attack adds to your contribution, and the final blow resolves the defeat and finisher reward.
5 The final hitter always receives one public World Boss Chest and one extra rarity roll. Other participants follow contribution: below 5% gives no Chest, 5% gives a 5% chance, 10% gives a 10% chance, and 25% gives a 50% chance. Higher Boss Levels progressively improve Chest rarity without guaranteeing a result. Top damage adds one extra rarity roll after qualification. One player holding both roles receives exactly two extra rarity rolls. Every earned Godly Boss Chest also has a separate 50% chance to grant one independently rolled bonus Chest. The signature reward remains tied to the final blow.
6 You may initially land three public World Boss final blows per weekly window. Completing Covenant of Five permanently raises that Character’s limit to five. The right panel shows the exact usage, limit and reset time. At the limit, public Bosses remain inspectable, but Attack, Auto and Rage stay locked until reset. Clan Bosses never use this limit.
7 Below Experience, press Show beside Chests to open the Chest inventory popup. It lists each owned rarity and count; Open consumes one Chest and displays the exact rewards you found in the same popup. Rewards are delivered immediately. Closing and reopening keeps the last result available. Open another Chest directly; no Continue step is needed, and previous rewards remain in Recent openings. Rarity controls both reward count and quality. Essence uses a separate rare roll that rises from 5% at Common to 50% at Divine and awards a tightly bounded 1–5 depending on rarity. Luck improves eligible Chest discoveries and rarity without guaranteeing either.
8 World Chest Ore, Wood, Meat and Herbs now scale with the matching permanent Gathering Skill. Each reward rolls a bounded number of unboosted skill-reference actions: 25–50 at Common, rising to 300–500 at Divine. The reference uses authored profession tiers and skill progression, not your current Tool, location, Clan, allocated points or temporary boosts. It grants resources only, never Gathering XP or action credit. Essence, rare resources and Dungeon Chest rules remain separate.
9 Clan Bosses are private to the summoning Clan. Its members can attack from any Plane without travelling; non-members cannot attack. They scale with the chosen level and expire after 24 hours. Public World Boss location and Shop-rank rules are unchanged.
10 Clan Boss defeat grants major shared Clan rewards. The final-blow player and top-damage player receive separate personal rewards, even if one player earns both roles.
11 Clan Bosses and older locked encounters keep their displayed legacy participation Gold, XP and Credits. Their final-blow and top-damage rewards remain additional.
12 Boss History shows your contribution, top contributors, final hitter, encounter duration and whether participant rewards are still processing.
13 Boss Trinkets, Credits, Gold and achievements use unique event references, so retrying a completed request cannot pay them twice.
14 Every accepted non-final World or Clan Boss participant receives a separate 2% Pet Egg chance when the Boss falls. The final hitter instead receives the stronger 10% base chance, improved by certain named World Bosses; a progression Boss final blow also receives the 10% chance.
15 A final hitter does not also roll the 2% participant chance. Every successful Egg has a random species and rarity, enters an Egg Slot or Hatchery Overflow, and is announced globally.
16 Open Pets to incubate the Egg. Hatch time rises with rarity from one minute for Common to 24 hours for Divine and continues while you are offline.
17 You begin with three shared Egg/Pet slots and can permanently expand to six for 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 Credits. Every Egg permanently rolls a rarity-based number of core combat stats and exact percentages, which are visible before hatching.
18 Fuse an eligible Primary Pet with a different donor for the displayed chance. Success adds +5% Fusion Power to every Pet effect and can raise rarity; the donor is consumed on every attempt.

Enter an Arena event

Goal: Understand Join Queue, event-only elimination and automatic knockout progression.

Do this in order

1 Arena is always available in desktop and mobile navigation. Outside an active event, each monthly Last Stand card keeps its latest champion, live countdown, configured reward and queue times together, while event History remains available below.
2 Last Stand runs on the last Friday of each month and Clan Last Stand on the last Saturday. Registration opens at 00:00 on event day and closes at 23:00, when battle begins, in Europe/Copenhagen game time. Staff may also open additional events; each card shows its exact deadline.
3 Registration opens in counts down to joining the queue; Starts in counts down to the battle. Open now means the queue is available. Registration closes when the battle starts.
4 Open Arena, inspect the locked event rules and reward package, then press Join Queue before the exact deadline. You may Leave Queue only while registration remains open.
5 Monthly Global Chat reminders are limited to opening, selected milestones and the final five minutes. The queue locks and starts automatically at zero; no staff or player browser must remain open.
6 Last Stand is an individual single-elimination bracket. Clan Last Stand automatically groups every eligible queued member under their current Clan; there is no per-Clan roster-size minimum or maximum.
7 Each fighter receives full Arena Health once when registration locks. Winners carry exactly their remaining Health into every later fight, while a bye leaves Health unchanged.
8 Use Arena 1–10 to follow live stored rounds, Health, hits, misses, Criticals, Speed extra attacks, damage and the result. An odd final entry receives a bye.
9 A 100-round Arena Draw uses the Arena Verdict in order: remaining Health percentage, total damage, successful hits, then the stored deterministic match seed.
10 Losing causes Arena-only elimination. It never sets normal Character death, so Battle, Gathering, Crafting, Market, Clan, Kingdom and every other normal system remain usable.

1 Start by checking Notifications, active Quest progress, Boss activity, Personal/Global Bonuses and any construction timer.
2 Spend available action time on the activity matching your current goal: Battle for character progression, Gathering for materials, or Crafting for discipline growth and gear.
3 Review new equipment before bulk selling, then check Character to confirm how the build actually changed.
4 Open Rankings → Players → Today to compare daily activity. Top Action Bonus grants Double Chest Find Chance and +30% Chest Rarity; Most Dungeon Kills Bonus grants +20% PvE damage for the daily Clan Dungeon kill holder. Each bonus has its own 15-minute takeover protection while scores continue updating.
5 Watch each protection countdown in Rankings or Bonuses. Your own actions never extend it. After it ends, the next qualifying action checks that bonus’s highest total: a strict lead takes the bonus, while a tie keeps the holder. Daily scores and protection reset at midnight game time.
6 Use Market and Clan systems after normal progression, not as replacements for understanding item values and resource costs.
7 Before logging out, choose the next Quest or long-running objective. Your character, timers and completed progression persist across devices.

Begin Gathering with the correct Tool

Goal: Choose a profession, gather supported resources and understand profession levels.

Do this in order

1 Open Gathering and choose Mining, Woodcutting, Hunting or Herbalism. Current position shows whether that profession can gather where you are. If travel is required, expand Resource Sites and use Show on Map; the public Surface sites are listed there too.
2 There is one activity for each profession: Mine, Chop, Hunt or Gather Herbs. The nearest Resource Site is shown with its distance and a Map link. If you own The Wayfarer’s Compass, Teleport lets you review the Gold cost and confirm the journey.
3 Match the activity to its Tool: Pickaxe for Mining, Axe for Woodcutting, and the corresponding hunting or herbalism tool for those professions.
4 Equip the matching Tool to improve its profession, then start the activity. A Tool improves your results but is not required just to begin. Your real location, Plane access, terrain permissions and cooldown still apply; Tool-specific Quest objectives still require their stated Tool.
5 Mining produces Ore, Woodcutting produces Wood, Hunting produces Meat and Herbalism produces Herbs. Each profession has its own persistent level and XP.
6 Gathering Momentum stays visible beside your profession progress. Gather again in the same profession within 10 minutes to keep the chain: every 10 successful actions adds 1% yield, up to 25%. Expand Momentum for your best chain and next bonus. An expired chain loses its current bonus, not your saved best chain.
7 One Gathering result box shows what you received, XP, any Kingdom tax and rare finds, plus Clan contributions and discoveries. The activity preview estimates your next action; it is not another reward.
8 Your next-action resource range rises gradually instead of jumping between named Gathering grades. Levels 1–50 retain their beginner rewards; afterward, base resource and XP rewards grow with diminishing returns. Beyond Level 1,000, XP requirements rise more sharply while yield continues increasing. Existing levels, progress and lifetime XP are preserved.
9 Rare finds include Gemstone, Ancient Bark, Primal Hide and Mystic Bloom. Luck improves their bounded chance but cannot guarantee them.
10 A rare discovery after a Battle victory or successful Gathering action can add one of eleven boost types: Battle, Gathering, Character XP, Battle Gold, Gathering Yield, Gathering XP, Crafting Skill-Up Chance, Battle Skill Chance, Equipment Drops, Equipment Quality or Luck. Each eligible result has one 1-in-10,000 chance. Each find benefits either you, your current Clan or everyone; without a Clan, only Personal and Global are possible. Types and eligible audiences have equal odds. Each bonus starts at +25% for 20–45 minutes and extends its matching timer up to 24 hours. Divine is excluded. The correctly scoped System message reports the exact bonus and time added.
11 At profession level 100, open Profession Mastery. You earn one point immediately and another every 25 levels, and can develop Yield, Precision and Tempo without locking yourself out of another track.
12 Changing profession does not move you. The directory includes public Surface sites and fixed Resource Sites. Other Planes and locked terrain still require their own access; Teleport never bypasses those requirements.

Avoid this mistakeYour character level and gathering profession level are different values. A required profession level is not a character-level requirement.

Craft your first useful item

Goal: Understand recipes, crafting disciplines and all costs before committing materials.

Do this in order

1 Open Crafting and choose Weaponcrafting, Armorcrafting, Toolcrafting, Jewelcrafting or Alchemy.
2 Weaponcrafting has separate Blade, Dagger, Wand, Bow, Orb and Quiver families, while Armorcrafting contains Shields and every Armour slot. Every family, Armour slot, Ring and Amulet group has 37 ordinary recipes through Level 925, followed by a crafting-exclusive Aetherforged design at profession Level 975.
3 Every equipment recipe shows its minimum equip level. Ordinary recipes use that fixed level, except Nexus Weapon and Armour recipes, where you may choose a Required Level from 2,500 up to your Character Level. Aetherforged combat Equipment starts at Required Level 3,000. Shields require Metalworking and Woodworking, while worn Armour requires Metalworking and Leatherworking; every exact support requirement is shown before work begins.
4 For Toolcrafting, first choose the Gathering profession. Standard Tools roll an unlocked tier; the separate Aetherforged recipe requires profession Level 975 and a Tool Blueprint. Tools have no Item Level. For Alchemy, choose the desired boost type. Standard Tools and Alchemy show every unlocked output tier and its exact chance; lower tiers remain possible.
5 Check every ingredient, required quantity, available quantity and Gold fee. The preview totals the complete batch before crafting.
6 Start an affordable recipe. Materials and Gold are reserved once, and the crafting timer continues across refreshes and devices. Completion creates the item or Potion once.
7 For Equipment, Untouched keeps the normal stat spread. Tempered, Keen and Swift each cost the displayed Scraps and redistribute the same stat budget; they do not apply to Potions. Alchemy instead uses the displayed Scraps cost for the selected Potion direction.
8 Crafting Commissions let a requester reserve an eligible recipe’s materials and Gold fee for another qualified player. Trinkets are never eligible, and delayed accepted Commissions do not lose their materials or Gold.
9 A defeated progression, World or Clan Boss starts at a 5% Essence chance for the final hitter. Each eligible miss adds one percentage point, and the tenth consecutive eligible final blow is guaranteed. A successful drop resets this protection. One Essence improves the visible rarity distribution for exactly one equipment craft.
10 Shields belong to Armorcrafting even though they equip in Main Hand or Off-hand. Head, Chest, Hands, Legs and Feet also belong to Armorcrafting; Rings and Amulets belong to Jewelcrafting. Trinkets cannot be crafted.
11 High-level recipes and Tools keep using the same timed Crafting queue. Plane-specific work requires access when the job starts and again when it completes.
12 Enchanting and Disenchanting are separate disciplines for modifying owned equipment. Open Choose equipment, select a family on the left and an item on the right, then choose the effect and strength. Enchanting consumes materials, a Blueprint and one Rune from your current owned Kingdom. Disenchanting costs one Rune per removed percentage point, with no resources or Blueprint. Review the before-and-after preview before confirming.

Chapter complete whenThe materials and Gold were charged once, the result is in Inventory and the correct crafting discipline gained XP.

Avoid this mistakeA multi-item Crafting job starts only when the entire batch can be paid. It will not partially consume materials for a failed batch.

Travel only when prepared

Goal: Move through the world without losing track of activities or requirements.

Do this in order

1 Open Map and inspect your current position, connected destinations, level requirements, monsters and resources.
2 Open Map for the illustrated world, or expand Map + in Battle to use the same map without leaving combat. Battle starts with this map closed on each fresh visit. Opening the Battle map always starts at 7 × 7 coordinates around you; the dedicated Map page starts at 15 × 15 coordinates. Enlarge reveals more terrain at the same scale; use zoom, Show entire Plane and Center on me to navigate the view.
3 Click or tap an area to inspect it, never to walk. Arrow Keys move on desktop when you are not typing; mobile direction controls move on phones. Drag or pinch only pans or zooms the view.
4 The map distinguishes you, living World Bosses, public Gathering sites, your own Kingdoms, landmarks and Disasters. Other players’ Kingdom markers stay private. Selecting another Plane only previews it; use explicit Travel to move there.
5 Quest-locked location markers remain hidden until you own the required Journey item. Trying to walk or teleport into a restricted coordinate explains the missing item; neither movement method bypasses the gate.
6 Deep water on Surface follows the illustrated coastline and requires the permanent Tideglass Breather. Coastal ground and bridges remain walkable. Complete Breath Beneath the Tide on land first: all four starter Resource Sites and the Flooded Observatory have a land route from the Waygate. If an older location leaves you stranded in deep water without the Breather, Return to safe ground takes you to the Waygate for free, stops Autos and grants no quest progress.
7 The other Plane routes also follow physical terrain: the Delver’s Grapnel crosses Dungeon chasms, the Cinderwalker Sigil crosses Hell lava channels, the Stormwing Harness crosses open Sky storm rifts, and the Dawnward Seal crosses deep celestial lakes and channels in Heaven. Intact bridges, island paths, garden paths and substantial shore ground remain open; decorative clouds around the edge of an illustration are not additional quest gates.
8 A Resource Site can require its Journey tool for Gathering even when its working area is on solid ground. The final Dungeon, Hell and Sky route chapters can be completed by a successful harvest at their named destination with the permanent tool. All prerequisites needed to earn each tool remain reachable first. If an older saved location is now restricted, the explicit Return to safe ground control is available on every Plane; it never moves Kingdoms or resets your Journey.
9 Show entire Plane gives the full illustrated 100 × 100 overview. Coordinate search and location lists inspect a destination without moving your Character. Teleport here opens an explicit destination and Gold-price confirmation; it still requires your Compass and every terrain-access item. Other rulers remain private, and an unmarked coordinate does not mean it is unclaimed.
10 Choose a valid connected destination. If an old tab shows a previous location, refresh it before travelling.
11 Complete The Wayfarer’s Compass, a demanding eight-chapter Surface Journey available from Character Level 50, to unlock same-Plane Kingdom teleport permanently. Explorer points discount its Gold price; they no longer unlock it. Previously unlocked Characters retain access. Battle previews the distance, base price, Explorer discount and final Gold cost before travel; Chat accepts /tele or /teleport with the same pricing.
12 After travel, reopen Battle or Gathering and select an activity available at the new location.
13 Expect stronger enemies and different opportunities on later planes. Improve stats and equipment before advancing simply because a route unlocked.
14 Kingdom taxes apply to visitors’ eligible Monster and Boss Gold and common Gathering resources. Your own Character keeps the full reward in every Kingdom you own; Clan members and other rulers are not exempt. Action summaries separate gross reward, tax and net reward.
15 Kingdom → War & Expeditions sends an Army on a timed round trip. Meat is paid once at launch for both legs: 1 Meat per 200 weighted Army units per outward tile before tactic adjustments, rounded up. Infantry and Archers weigh 1, Cavalry 3 and Siege Corps 5. Resource and Catastrophe expeditions require at least 1,000 Army units and share one active expedition per owned origin Kingdom until return or recovery completes; ordinary War slots remain separate.
16 Before launching a War campaign, check Attacking sides. A straight approach meets one side at 100%; a diagonal approach meets two sides weighted by the row and column distances. An origin three tiles north and one tile west of the target faces North 75% and West 25%. These weights combine directional fortifications in one five-phase battle; they never duplicate your Army. The approach is locked at launch and remains visible in the active campaign and its battle report. Campaigns launched before this change retain their original single-side rules.
17 Expedition Army strength adds at most 50 percentage points to success chance before Plane, distance and tactic adjustments. Extra troops beyond this contribution cap can still improve rewards, but increase provisions and potential losses. Compare the displayed success chance and round-trip cost before committing a large Army.

Complete calculation

Population interest + Sovereignty interest = combined base. Policy, Treasury Expertise and the Sovereign Path then multiply that base. Empire Corruption and Rune Corruption reduce the final effective rate.

Kingdoms → Economy shows your current settlement, every component, exact effective rate and next active-hour Gold. Unsettled Kingdoms earn no interest until Outpost.

Use Gold, Credits, Shop and Market safely

Goal: Know which currency is being spent and avoid poor early trades.

Do this in order

1 Gold is regular gameplay currency used across character, crafting, Clan, Kingdom and Market systems.
2 Credits are a separate balance used for approved Shop upgrades, Autos, Clan creation and Clan systems.
3 Credit packages use secure Stripe Checkout in USD. Every package shows its exact Credits, pausable Blood Frenzy and Supporter Bonus before checkout. Purchased Blood Frenzy arrives paused, so it starts only after you enable it in Bonuses. Custom Amount accepts $4.99–$1,000.00 and calculates its Credits and saving on the server.
4 Shop confirmations show the current final cost. Permanent Autos can be bought in quantities of 1, 5, 10 or 50. The unit price starts at 1 Credit and increases by one after every ten Shop-purchased Autos; Autos from other sources never increase this price.
5 Shop Rewards includes permanent Battle Skill Chance. Each increasingly expensive purchase adds +5% relative chance to normal and Boss final-blow breakthrough rolls, up to +50%, without granting direct Skill Levels.
6 Quest Reduction in Shop Rewards permanently lowers current and future Battle and Gathering Contract requirements by 5% per purchase, up to 50%. The locked reward is not reduced.
7 Timed Boosts offers Personal, Clan and Global Battle/Gathering bonuses. Personal bonuses affect only you for 120 minutes, Clan bonuses affect current Clan members for 90 minutes, and Global bonuses affect every player for 60 minutes. Global bonuses are applied last to the full reward you would otherwise earn. Boost time can be extended up to 24 hours.
8 Open Market → Sell Offers and choose what to sell first: Resources, Blueprints, Potions, Pet Eggs, hatched Pets, Personal Dungeon Keys, Credits or Equipment. Then choose the owned asset, quantity and total Gold asking price. The form shows your available quantity and any highest matching Buy Offer before confirmation.
9 Buy Offers reserve the buyer’s full Gold total in escrow. They support Resources, Blueprints, Potions, Pet Eggs, Personal Dungeon Keys and Credits. Equipment and hatched Pets are available through Sell Offers only. To fill a Buy Offer, enter how many you want to sell and check your available quantity, the buyer’s remaining demand and your payout.
10 A Sell Offer automatically fills the highest matching Buy Offer when its unit asking price is low enough. For example, Ore offered at 48 Gold each matches a 50-Gold Buy Offer at 50 Gold each before fees. Equal-price Buy Offers are filled oldest first; any unsold quantity remains in your Sell Offer.
11 Use Market Intelligence to compare the cheapest Sell Offer, highest matching Buy Offer, completed sales and 30-day trend. Price warnings are advice. Credits and other offered assets are reserved while for sale, and you cannot trade with your own offers.
12 Direct Trades in Social can include Gold, ordinary Credits, supported resources and eligible unequipped Equipment from both players. Every offered balance is reserved until the current version is accepted, changed, declined, cancelled or expires.
13 NPC Shop, before Marketplace, sells Common craftable Main Hand, Off-hand, Head, Chest, Legs, Gloves, Feet and Tools for Gold. Browse all Classes’ Main Hand categories first, then all Classes’ Off-hand categories. Tools have separate Pickaxes, Axes, Hunting Tools and Herbalism Tools categories. Combat equipment automatically matches your Character Level; Tools keep No Item Level. Each design unlocks when your Character Level reaches its recipe’s Trivial Level, with no Crafting Skill requirement. A weaker design lowers the level-based price relative to your best unlocked comparable design: the same equipment family and slot, or the same Tool profession. The best design keeps its full price; recipe Gold, resale and Scrap-value minimum prices still apply. Nexus and accessories are excluded. The exact stats and Gold price are shown before buying; purchases do not count as Crafting.
14 Give opens a window on the profile, without navigating away. Direct Trades use the same window. Type freely, review the confirmation and Send; amounts are validated on the server. Closing the window never cancels a sent offer. Give sends a one-way pending gift. Add an optional private message of up to 500 characters; it is locked when sent and shown with the gift in Notifications and Social → Trades. Assets are reserved immediately and hidden from the sender’s available inventory. The recipient can Accept or Decline; the sender can cancel before acceptance. Unaccepted gifts expire after 72 hours and return their assets.

Join a Clan when you are ready

Goal: Participate in shared progression without misunderstanding treasury or tax controls.

Do this in order

1 Open the Clan Directory and select any Clan name to inspect its text-only public page, buildings, bonuses, focus, offers, requirements, capacity and application state. Both the directory and public page show that Clan’s XP Tax and Gold Tax minimums; members may choose higher personal contributions. Creating a new Clan costs 250 Credits.
2 Clan leadership sets separate minimum contribution rates for XP, Gold and gathered resources. A member can voluntarily raise each rate.
3 Use Treasury to deposit Gold, Credits or supported resource cards. Each completed transfer appears in the Clan ledger.
4 Clan buildings use their displayed shared Gold, resource and, where specified, Credit costs. War Academy and Title cost zero Credits. Only permitted roles can start an eligible upgrade, and the Clan can construct one upgrade at a time.
5 Joining a Clan unlocks its name as an optional Title in Settings → Titles, with no bonus until the Title building is completed. It is never equipped automatically: select it instead of another Title for its 12 listed combat and reward bonuses. The percentage is 2 × completed building level ÷ (level + 20): Level 1 gives 0.095%, Level 20 gives 1%, and later levels approach 2%. Leaving or being removed from the Clan removes this Title, not other earned Titles; the normal 15-minute Title cooldown is preserved.
6 Weekly Clan Operations count four verified tracks—Battle, Gathering, completed Crafting and World Boss contribution—without Mentor objectives. Clan Boss Preparation is optional and locks one previewed raid plan when the Boss is summoned.
7 A permitted member can summon the weekly Clan Boss at a chosen level. All members of that Clan can attack from any Plane without travelling or buying a Shop rank. Gold, Ore, Wood and Clan Credit cost, health and rewards scale from the chosen level; the encounter lasts 24 hours.
8 Preview the exact possible Clan Boss rewards before summoning. Gold, Clan Credits, Ore and Wood each roll independently from their summon cost to twice that cost. Meat and Herbs each roll from the same base as Ore to twice that base, without adding any summon cost.
9 A maximum-level Clan Boss rolls Clan XP from half the current Clan Level requirement to the combined requirements of that level and the next. Lower Boss levels scale both bounds by Boss Level divided by the maximum selectable level. Clan Level, this ratio and every reward range lock at summon; older encounters keep their original terms.
10 Defeating the Clan Boss starts a shared Victory Feast. Its duration rises by one hour per 100 Boss levels, while the Victory Hall raises its percentage and unlocks additional Clan-wide reward bonuses.
11 The Clan Boss window resets Sunday at 23:59 Europe/Copenhagen. Final blow and top damage have separate personal rewards and achievement progress.

Only direct recruits connect to you; referral-of-referral progression never reaches your account.
2 You receive 5% of eligible Gold, Ore, Wood, Meat, Herbs and verified base Credit purchases earned by each direct referral. This is additional and never reduces their reward.
3 Players Referred Total Levels shows actual public progression. The three progress bars separately show qualified Character, Gathering and Crafting levels that count toward Referral Tokens.
4 Each full 100 qualified levels in one track grants 1 Token. Free starting levels and Battle Skill Levels do not count. Completing the frozen full Journey grants 5 Tokens once per direct referral.
5 Rankings awards the current #1 referrer +25% relative Equipment find chance on ordinary monster drops. A tied referral total keeps the player who reached that exact total first ahead until someone strictly overtakes it.
6 Review your Token history before spending. Tokens cannot enter Market, Direct Trade or Clan Treasury and cannot be sold, transferred or converted directly into Gold.
7 Use Referral Shop to preview current rank, next effect, exact Token cost and remaining balance. All seven upgrades are permanent with no automatic refund or respec.
8 If you prefer flexible value, use the official conversion preview. One Referral Token currently becomes 5 ordinary Credits, which then follow the existing shared Credit-balance rules.

Chapter complete whenYou can distinguish continuing 5% earnings, the current Top Referrer bonus and extra milestone Tokens, and can explain the permanent upgrade and ordinary-Credit choices.

Avoid this mistakeDo not create empty or manipulated accounts. Same-network play is only a risk signal, but verified abuse can stop future qualification through an audited staff action.

Configure titles, alerts and support

Goal: Finish personal setup and know how to get help.

Do this in order

1 Your portrait automatically follows your equipped Class on your profile and in Players Online, never in Chat. Changing your hand pairing changes the portrait; there is no avatar selector in Settings. Click your Character Name in the left sidebar to open your own profile.
2 Newsletter preferences are in Settings → Security. You can opt in or unsubscribe there without changing account, verification or purchase emails.
3 Settings → Profile lets you independently show or hide Equipment, active Pet, combat stats, allocated attributes, Battle Skills, records and featured achievements on your public player page.
4 Settings → Titles separates three identities: Shop Rank is automatic, a granted Special Rank adds an optional short badge, and one earned Character Title may be active.
5 Every active Character Title shows one small exact bonus. PvP Warlord gains another stack after each monthly victory. Changing the active Title uses the displayed cooldown, and only Titles this Character earned or received can be selected.
6 Notifications remains available in the top bar; its parenthesized count shows unread game alerts. Open it to review, mark read or delete alerts.
7 Use Support for account-specific or gameplay problems. Chat reports go directly to Chat & Moderation instead of creating a duplicate Support Ticket. When staff changes a real Support ticket to Waiting for Player, the Support count tells you a response is needed.
8 Open Chat Rules in the chat controls to read the communication rules without leaving your current page. Swearing is allowed in moderation, but harassment and political or religious discussions are not allowed. Admin Chat and /admin are private to Owners, Admins and Chat Mods. Only staff with All-chat permission may review other Clans' conversations and system notices; ordinary players see only their own Clan.
9 On compact laptop screens, room tabs stay visible while Chat options opens filters, the last-message limit, saved 5–10-line height, Chat Rules and Commands. Mobile and taller desktop screens keep these controls inline.
10 Use the separate FAQ for direct answers. Use Game Rules for conduct requirements and News & Updates for shipped changes.
