1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NexusRPG, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Game Rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the game.
2. Live service
NexusRPG is a live persistent online game. Features, balance, availability, virtual items and currencies may change as the game evolves. We use production safeguards and backups, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure and all activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Fair use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify requests or use unauthorized automation.
- Do not harass players, flood chat, impersonate staff or evade moderation.
- Do not use multiple accounts to bypass limits, manipulate markets or gain an unfair advantage.
- Report serious exploits privately instead of sharing or abusing them.
5. Virtual content and purchases
Characters, Gold, Credits, resources, equipment, ranks and other virtual content are licensed for use inside NexusRPG and remain part of the service. They do not represent cash, property or a guaranteed financial value. Purchase terms and availability may change, subject to applicable law.
Contact Support before asking a bank, card issuer or payment provider to reverse a payment so a genuine billing problem can be investigated. A false, fraudulent or abusive chargeback against a correctly authorized and delivered purchase is prohibited and results in permanent closure of the account and connected accounts. This does not restrict cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
6. Moderation and suspension
We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, the Game Rules, applicable law or the security of the service. Serious abuse may result in immediate action. Staff may preserve relevant records for review.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or specific progression outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, NexusRPG is not liable for indirect loss caused by game changes, downtime, player actions or loss of virtual progress. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
