1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NexuxRPG, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Game Rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the game.
2. Beta service
NexuxRPG is under active beta development. Features, balance, availability, virtual items, currencies and stored game data may change. Bugs, interruptions and resets may occur. We will avoid data loss where reasonably possible, but permanent preservation of beta data is not guaranteed.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure and all activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Fair use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify requests or use unauthorized automation.
- Do not harass players, flood chat, impersonate staff or evade moderation.
- Do not use multiple accounts to bypass limits, manipulate markets or gain an unfair advantage.
- Report serious exploits privately instead of sharing or abusing them.
5. Virtual content and purchases
Characters, Gold, Credits, resources, equipment, ranks and other virtual content are licensed for use inside NexuxRPG and remain part of the service. They do not represent cash, property or a guaranteed financial value. Purchase terms and availability may change during beta, subject to applicable law.
6. Moderation and suspension
We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, the Game Rules, applicable law or the security of the service. Serious abuse may result in immediate action. Staff may preserve relevant records for review.
7. Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or specific progression outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, NexuxRPG is not liable for indirect loss caused by beta changes, downtime, player actions or loss of virtual progress. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
