Kingdom Population & Food Update

Kingdom Workforces Take Control of Production

Kingdom rulers can now assign Available Population as Farmers, Workers or Army units, making Food and automatic Gold production deliberate strategic choices.

What changed

  • Housing now limits Available Population. Permanent Farmer, Worker and Army assignments remain part of total Population without consuming that Available Population capacity, so new citizens can grow into the open roles again.
  • Farmers produce Kingdom Food and replace the old fixed Population self-sufficiency threshold. Granary Levels improve Farmer output through a bounded bonus.
  • Workers are now the source of automatic Kingdom Gold, while Kingdom tax remains a separate income stream. Unassigned Population no longer generates automatic Gold.
  • Every Worker now consumes 2 local Kingdom Food per hour, making automatic Gold production a deliberate Food-versus-income decision.
  • Kingdom Food is now deposited and withdrawn as Meat at a one-to-one rate. Infantry, Archers, Cavalry and Siege Corps retain their distinct Food requirements of 2, 3, 6 and 15 per unit.
  • Kingdom Administration now includes complete audited editors for economy, Population, Army, every Building Level and Integrity value, and every directional fortification.
  • The Inventory Scraps Workshop remains open while selecting an item or stat, and Chat title requirements now appear only when hovering the unlocked title name.
