Monthly Arena Control Opens to Staff

What changed

• Last Stand and Clan Last Stand each show their enabled state, exact next queue and start time, recurrence rule, queue duration and current champion package.
• The monthly week, weekday, start time, following-day boundary, queue duration, level range and entrant limits are editable independently. Clan Last Stand automatically accepts every eligible queued Clan member.
• Last Stand supports individual placement packages. Clan Last Stand exposes only the winning Clan treasury package, so its reward scope is never ambiguous.
• Global Chat copy is editable through whitelisted message templates with documented placeholders for registration, rounds, matches, champions, cancellation and operational states.
• The full reward package is previewed before saving, every change is recorded, invalid announcement placeholders are rejected and Restore Defaults remains available.
• Schedule edits apply only to future events. An already-open event keeps its deadline, rules, rewards and announcements.
