Shared Connections and Payment Rules Clarified

Game Rules and Terms now clearly explain the required Support notice for shared connections, referral restrictions and payment-dispute enforcement.

What changed

When multiple people play through the same public IP or household connection, one player must open a Support ticket immediately after all accounts are created and list every affected Character Name.
Accounts sharing the same public IP may not refer one another or claim referral rewards between those accounts.
Players must contact Support before requesting a bank or payment-provider reversal. False, fraudulent or abusive chargebacks against correctly authorized and delivered purchases result in permanent closure of the account and connected sanction-evading accounts.
Nothing in the updated wording limits cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
